FIELD: drilling equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to hydraulic folding and rotating frame for underground installation of core drilling. Said frame comprises two sets of hydraulic support main columns, at least one set of hydraulic oil cylinders for supporting the columns, folding frame base, horizontal rotating base and lifting and lowering oil cylinder. Horizontal rotating base is located under base of folding frame. Lifting and lowering rotary oil cylinder is located in the center of the horizontal rotating base, and the lifting and lowering rotary oil cylinder housing is rigidly connected to the folding frame base. Folding frame base is driven for lifting and lowering by lifting and lowering oil cylinder. Folding frame base is made with possibility of rotation around center of horizontal rotating base. Front side of folding frame base is pivotally connected to two mounting rods of columns. Each mounting rod of the columns is connected to a set of hydraulic support main columns. Between the lower part of two sets of hydraulic support main columns there is a crossbar of the main column. Two ends of the crossbar of the main column are rigidly connected to the hydraulic support main column at the corresponding end, one end of the hydraulic oil cylinder for supporting the columns is connected to the crossbar of the main column, and the other end is connected to the rear side of the base of the folding frame. Hydraulic oil cylinder for support of columns supports hydraulic support main column for lifting to achieve support or folding. Hydraulic rotary support device is installed between two sets of hydraulic support main columns. Lower sliding plate is connected to the hydraulic rotary support device and is made with possibility of installation for core drilling on it.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of core drilling.
