FIELD: oil production.

SUBSTANCE: method for chemical treatment of oil-producing wells and pipelines includes preliminary analysis of technical and technological parameters of oil-producing wells and pipelines with identification of the most probable complications during operation, selection of composition of reagent for chemical treatment of oil-producing wells and pipelines based on obtained data and addition of said reagent to produced fluid. Reagent for chemical treatment of oil wells and pipelines contains the following main components, wt.%: [nitrilotris(methylene)]tris-phosphonic acid 1-90; sodium hydroxide 0.1-10; pentasodium triphosphate 0.5-23; disodium carbonate 0.3-43; 35-(4-nonylphenoxy)-3,6,9,12,15,18,21,24,27,30,33-undecaoxapenta-triacontan-1-ol 0.1-2; disodium metasilicate 0.1-10; ammonium dihydrophosphate 1.8-81; diammonium hydrophosphate 0.2-9; disodium dihydro(ethylenedinitrile)tetraacetate 2-90; water – up to 100 and additional components used to prevent identified most probable complications during operation. In case of detected asphalt-resin-paraffin deposits, the reagent contains, wt.%: alpha,alpha',alpha"-1,2,3-propanetriyltris[omega-hydroxypoly [oxy(methyl-1,2-ethanediyl)oxy-1,2-ethanediyl]] to 3; polymer of 1,2-epoxyethane with 1,2-epoxypropane up to 3. At detected deposits of calcium salts the reagent contains, wt.%: aminomethylene phosphonate complexone up to 1; ethane-1,2-diol to 0.5. At detected deposits of barium salts reagent contains, wt.%: product of condensation of alkyltrimethylamine chloride with light tall oil 0.2-0.4; product of reaction of tall oil with tetraethylenepentamine, acetate 0.2-0.4; (2R,3R,4S,5S,6R)-2-[(2S,3S,4S,5R)-3,4-dihydroxy-2,5-bis(hydro-ximethyl)-oxolan-2-yl]oxy-6-(hydroxymethyl)oxane-3,4,5-triol up to 10. At detected corrosion reagent contains, wt.%: product of condensation of alkyltrimethylamine chloride with light tall oil 1-3; product of reaction of tall oil with tetraethylenepentamine, acetate 1-2; 17-(4-nonylphenoxy)-3,6,9,12,15-pentaoxaheptadecan-1-ol to 1. If the high-viscosity emulsion is detected, the reagent contains, wt.%: polymer alkoxylates – a modified condensation product based on nonylphenol up to 3; polyether 4202 to 4.

EFFECT: preventing corrosion, salt deposits, asphalt-resin-paraffin deposits and formation of emulsion in oil wells and pipelines.
