EMULSION-SUSPENSION BINARY THERMOCHEMICAL COMPOSITION FOR HYDRAULIC FRACTURING, METHOD OF ITS PRODUCTION AND METHOD OF ITS USE Russian patent published in 2024 - IPC C09K8/592 C09K8/584 E21B43/27

Abstract RU 2830736 C1

FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: disclosed group of inventions relates to oil and gas industry and can be used in both horizontal and vertical wells. Disclosed is a high-viscosity emulsion-suspension binary thermochemical composition for hydraulic fracturing, consisting of an emulsion-liquid base, including a hydrocarbon liquid from a series of diesel fuel, kerosene, a mixture of aromatic hydrocarbons of 10-25 vol.%, zwitterionic surfactants 1-2 vol.%, fresh process water 73-89 vol.% – total 100 vol.%, as well as saturating binary salts from the range of sodium nitrite – 30-40 wt.%. from mass of emulsion-liquid base, carbonic acid diamide – 7.5-10 wt.% of the weight of the emulsion-liquid base when activated with sulphamic acid, or 15-20 wt.% of the weight of the emulsion-liquid base when activated with hydrochloric acid; method of producing the disclosed high-viscosity emulsion-suspension binary thermochemical composition and use of the disclosed high-viscosity emulsion-suspension binary thermochemical composition for hydraulic fracturing.

EFFECT: reducing the amount of used reagents to five, the possibility of implementing the hydraulic fracturing with high-viscosity multifunctional ESBTCC, reducing viscosity of oil adjacent to hydraulic fracturing zone, without loss of concentration of binary salts due to retention of ESBTCC in fracture without dilution with formation fluids, reduction of technogenic load on formations and fracture and high retention capacity of high-viscosity ESBTCC due to possibility to retain and transfer proppant deep into the fracture for its fixation.
