FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of turbine engineering and can be used in the design of a rotor unit of a friction turbine, which can be used as a propulsion system of a vehicle or a power plant of an electric generator. Friction turbine rotor comprises a shaft with disks, between which blades are installed. Each pair of adjacent blades is brought together so that the flow of the working medium is carried out along two adjacent boundary layers. Ratio of diameters of two conditional circles passing through external and internal edges of blades, respectively, does not exceed value of 1.1. An element turning the working medium flow in the direction opposite to the rotor rotation is installed at the output edge of each blade. Blades, reverse elements, discs and shaft are made in the form of a single part.
EFFECT: achieving high rotor torque.
