SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to an inhaler product, an inhaler system and a method for making a distal end element for an inhaler product. Inhaler product comprises a body extending along a longitudinal central axis from a mouthpiece end to a distal end. Inhaler product has a cavity for a capsule formed inside said body. Inhaler article comprises a distal end member located at the distal end of the inhaler article, extending to the capsule cavity and comprising a distal end of the element, an inner end of the element, a solid core portion and two grooves. Solid core portion comprises a central portion of the distal end element. Central part is solid and extends along the longitudinal central axis from the distal end of the element to the inner end of the element. Two grooves are spiral grooves, which are twisted around the solid core part along the longitudinal central axis from the distal end of the element to the inner end of the element and extend along the outer surface of the distal end element. Inhaler system comprises an inhaler article and a holder configured to receive the inhaler article. Method of making a distal end element for an inhaler product includes steps of providing a distal end element and twisting the distal end of the member and the inner end of the member about the longitudinal axis such that the grooves extend spirally about the longitudinal axis to form a twisted distal end member.

EFFECT: creation of an inhaler product, assembly of which would be possible at high speeds, which would have a shape that is easy to hold and familiar to the user, like a regular cigarette, which would be convenient for use by the consumer, and creation of a dry powder inhaler, which would be biodegradable.
