SUBSTANCE: invention relates to drilling equipment and can be used for core drilling of wells in snow-firn thickness of Arctic and Antarctic glaciers. Drilling electromechanical tool with reverse bottom-hole air circulation includes drilling bit with channels, nipple of drilling bit, upper and lower air ducts, lower and upper nipples, core pipe, air supply, sludge-collecting filter, electric compartment, spacer, cable lock. Drilling bit is made in the form of a ring with grooves on its side cylindrical surface. Upper and lower air ducts are fixed on the outer side of the core pipe and the sludge-collecting filter pipe opposite the drill bit cutters and are rigidly connected to each other through the lower and upper nipples, which are rigidly fixed to the ends of the core tube and the sludge-collecting filter pipe, an air supply in which a cyclone filter is installed with the possibility of removal, which is installed in the upper part of the sludge-collecting filter pipe with the possibility of removal. Grooves on the side cylindrical surface of the drill bit are connected in series with the cyclone filter through the nipple of the drill bit, the lower air ducts, the lower nipple, the upper nipple, the upper air ducts, the nipple of the cyclone filter.

EFFECT: higher efficiency of core drilling of snow-firn horizon.
