FIELD: oil, gas and coke-chemical industry.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to oil and gas industry and can be used in development and operation of deposits located in permafrost zone. Permafrost rock temperature stabilization system of gas producing wells is a closed circulation system containing in-series installed and connected to each other circulation pump, coolant cooling module, coolant feed pipe to annular space of the well, coolant intake pipe from annular space of the well into a closed circulation system located in the lower part of the annular space of the well. Coolant cooling module is connected via bypass pipeline to process pipeline and represents a reservoir with coolant inlet and outlet elements arranged around gas cooling system containing interconnected gas inlet element, Laval nozzle, gas flow deceleration chamber and gas discharge element. Method comprises partial removal of gas coming from the well through the process pipeline to the bypass pipeline into the cooling agent cooling module, which is a cooling agent tank, made around gas cooling system, providing gas temperature reduction to -45 °C due to passage of gas through the Laval nozzle and the gas flow deceleration chamber and obtaining the Joule-Thompson effect. Cooling agent temperature is decreased due to its contact with external wall of gas cooling system. Cooled coolant is supplied from coolant cooling module to coolant feed pipe into annular space of the well and further into annular space of the well. Permafrost rocks contacting with casing are provided with cooling agent for temperature stabilization. Waste coolant is sampled and directed to coolant cooling module. At the same time gas leaving the cooling agent cooling module is discharged back into the process pipeline or is discharged to the flare through a separate pipeline.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of temperature stabilization of permafrost rocks of gas producing wells.
