FIELD: hydraulic engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of hydraulic engineering and can be used in determining vertical deformations of hydraulic structures located near a water reservoir filled with a resting fluid. Device includes filled with hydraulic fluid, communicating with each other along a hydraulic line, a pressure vessel used as a sedimentary mark, equipped with a sensitive element for remote measurement of vacuum pressure of liquid in its cavity, and a hydraulic reservoir with a sealed yielding shell, immersed in the water reservoir, equipped with a sensitive element for remote measurement of external pressure of the liquid on its shell. Pressure vessel is placed above the high-altitude position of the liquid level in the water reservoir with creation of vacuum-gage pressure of the liquid in its cavity. Altitude position of the pressure vessel is calculated from the relationship.
EFFECT: providing control of the state of a structure using a simple and reliable device.
