DEVICE FOR LEVELLING WELL INFLOW Russian patent published in 2024 - IPC E21B43/12 E21B34/06

Abstract RU 2832131 C1

FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oil and gas industry, in particular to equipment for operation of oil or gas well, and can be used for levelling well inflow. Well inflow levelling device comprises a branch pipe, fixing rings, a self-contained device, a filter element and a casing, the branch pipe is a tubing section equipped with a through hole to ensure the installation of a self-contained device in it, fixing rings are made with possibility of arrangement and fixation on branch pipe and with possibility of casing placement on them, filter element is located and fixed on the outer surface of the branch pipe between the fixing rings and is configured to clean the produced fluid from mechanical impurities, casing is made with possibility of arrangement on two fixing rings fixed on branch pipe with formation of chamber, and the self-contained device is configured to be sealed in the nozzle and to allow the produced fluid to pass into the inside of the nozzle by means of the through hole, limiting the inflow of water or water and gas into the inside of the nozzle. Device for levelling well inflow is additionally equipped with at least one bushing, which is made with possibility of tight fixation in through hole of branch pipe and with possibility of tight connection with self-contained device by means of threaded connection. Autonomous device is made at least one and represents an inflow control device. In the branch pipe there is at least one through hole, casing is arranged on two fixing rings and with possibility of being fixed on one fixing ring to move the casing along the outer surface of the branch pipe, thus forming a chamber between the casing, two fixing rings and the branch pipe. One fixing ring is made with the possibility of the casing fixation on it, providing the possibility of the casing movement along the branch pipe together with this fixing ring. Filtering element is located between two fixing rings and is a casing, additionally equipped with holes, providing passage of produced fluid into the chamber, and tightly fixed by two fixing rings, or filter fixed by two fixing rings, wherein one fixing ring with through grooves made on its inner surface to allow passage of produced fluid into the chamber is arranged between the filter and the casing without holes.

EFFECT: increasing oil or gas recovery of the well by levelling the profile of inflow of the produced fluid medium, reducing content of non-target fluids, reducing foreign inclusions in the produced fluid medium.
