FIELD: kitchen appliances.
SUBSTANCE: drive device for planetary mixer comprises head (1); engine (2) in head (1); planetary gear (3) comprising driven gear (301), sun gear shaft (303), planetary gear (304) and carrier (305), wherein planetary gear (304) engages with driven gear (301), and sun gear shaft (303) is configured to rotate planetary gear (304) about its axis; driven shaft (4), wherein lower end of driven shaft (4) and/or sun gear shaft (303) is connected to mixing mechanism (6) with possibility of disconnection, driven shaft (4) passes through carrier (305) with possibility of rotation, and driven shaft (4) is rigidly connected to planetary gear (304); transmission mechanism (5) connecting engine (2) and planetary gear (3) by means of transmission, to drive sun gear shaft (303) into rotation. At least two planetary gears (304) are provided, the number of driven shafts (4) is equal to the number of planetary gears (304), each planetary gear (304) is rigidly connected to one driven shaft (4). Planetary gear (3) further comprises sun gear (302) fixed on sun gear shaft (303), wherein sun gear (302) engages with planetary gear (304); transmission mechanism (5) comprises first pair of reducer adapters (51) and second pair of reducer adapters (52), wherein first pair of reduction adapters (51) comprises drive pulley (511), driven pulley (512) and synchronous belt (513), drive pulley (511) is fixed on output end of engine (2), synchronous belt (513) connects drive pulley (511) and driven pulley (512); second pair of reducer adapters (52) comprises connecting shaft (521), drive wheel (522) and driven wheel (523), upper end of connecting shaft (521) is rigidly connected to driven pulley (512), drive wheel (522) is fixed on connecting shaft (521), drive wheel (522) engages with driven wheel (523), and sun gear shaft (303) is rigidly connected to driven wheel (523).
EFFECT: mixing food ingredients in any directions both in the centre and in the circumferential direction, acceleration of mixing, preventing formation of dead zones during mixing, fast installation of various mixing mechanisms for treatment of corresponding food ingredients, increased variety of processed food ingredients.
