SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to oil and gas industry. Composition for treatment of bottomhole formation zone of carbonate reservoir includes, wt.%: peroxosolvate of ammonium fluoride 1.0-10.0; nonionic and/or anionic surfactant containing one or more nitrogen atoms, 0.5-3.0; chelating agent 1.0-15.0; water is the rest. Content of stabilized hydrogen peroxide in ammonium fluoride peroxosolvate is more than 45.0 wt.%. Chelating agent used is at least one substance from the series: disodium salt of ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid – trilon B, trisodium salt of methylglycine diacetic acid, sodium hexamethapolyphosphate. Method of treatment of bottom-hole zone of formation of carbonate reservoir includes treatment of well with specified composition for treatment of bottom-hole zone of formation of carbonate reservoir and maintenance of well for reaction with specified composition during 4-48 hours without further removal of reaction products.

EFFECT: increasing the coefficient of recovery of permeability of the porous space of the bottom-hole zone of the carbonate reservoir, increasing the productivity of the well, increasing the stability of the method of treating the bottom-hole zone of the carbonate reservoir in the range of reservoir temperatures above 50 °C.
