FIELD: metal forming.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metal forming and can be used for cutting-punching of materials with thickness of 0.02-0.1 mm. Device comprises lower and upper plates, actuating dynamic mechanism with current leads, rigid and elastic puncheons, matrix. Actuating mechanism is made in the form of a single-turn flat loop inductor produced from a solid strip by bending in half to form a turn. Conductors of the turn are arranged in parallel to each other, connected in series by a smooth annular bend and separated by insulation. Thickness of the conductors exceeds the depth of penetration of the magnetic field into their material. Inductor is fixed by the outer side of the upper turn to the upper plate through a fixed insulating plate. Movable insulating plate is placed on the side of the outer surface of the lower turn. Rigid male die and container with elastic male die and female die are installed under the plate.
EFFECT: simplified design of the device, higher its durability and repairability.
