SUBSTANCE: preparation for presowing treatment of cereal seeds includes Saccharomyces cerevisiae yeast autolysate and living yeast cells of the Vishniacozyma victoriae VKM Y-4065D strain in the following ratio of components (g/l): Saccharomyces cerevisiae yeast autolysate 25–200, living yeast cells of the Vishniacozyma victoriae strain VKM Y-4065D 1–4, water—the balance. Method for pre-sowing treatment of seeds of cereal crops includes pre-sowing treatment of seeds with a working solution containing a plant growth stimulator, which is a preparation containing Saccharomyces cerevisiae yeast autolysate with live yeast cells of Vishniacozyma victoriae VKM Y-4065D strain, wherein 20±2 l of the preparation per ton of seeds is used for treatment.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase efficiency of seeds germination.
