FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of construction, in particular to roofing panels intended for use in low-rise construction when arranging the roof of structures, as well as to roofing kits, which include a roofing panel and a set of mounting elements. Roof panel contains the following elements arranged in series: lower lathing (1) of technical gap for laying of utilities, layer (2) of vapour barrier film, bearing frame (3), which is a wooden grid, the cells of which are filled with layer (4) of insulation, counter-insulation in the form of wooden parallel bars of lathing (5) with layer (6) of insulation laid between them, layer (7) of hydro-windproof membrane, counter batten (8) of ventilated gap, upper lathing (9).

EFFECT: high manufacturability of the roof structure, id est set of properties that determine its suitability to achieve optimal costs during production, maintenance and repair for given quality indicators, volume of output and conditions of work performance, simplifying the process of arranging the roof on a structure, reducing the length of construction work, reduced dependence of construction on atmospheric precipitation, minimization of risks associated with storage and logistic of materials for roofing device, increase of heat insulation provided by an additional layer of insulation.
