FIELD: cosmetic industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the cosmetic industry, namely to a method for preparing a therapeutic cosmetic product for strengthening and stimulating hair growth. Method for producing a therapeutic and prophylactic cosmetic product for strengthening and stimulating hair growth, consisting of a mixture of vegetable oils, vitamin C, soya isoflavones, dihydroquercetin, capsaicin, wherein the active ingredient containing capsaicin used is the first oil-in-water (o/w) emulsion produced of fresh ripe red hot pepper, castor oil and water at the following ratio of the initial components, wt.%: fresh ripe hot pepper 5.0-25.0, castor oil 25.0-50.0, demineralised water – up to 100; wherein production is carried out by breaking fresh ripe fruits of hot pepper in a mixture of castor oil and water by impact in a closed space at impact force from 125 N to 150 N at rate of 2,500 to 3,000 beats per minute for 1.5 to 2.5 minutes with obtaining a homogeneous mass, then obtained first emulsion is fed for preparation of mixture for formation of capsules, wherein gelatine and sodium alginate are added to purified water at room temperature 25-30 °C and mixed at 60 rpm, then soya isoflavones, dihydroquercetin, vitamin C are added to the structure-forming agent solution at the following initial components ratio, wt.%: o/w emulsion 25.0-35.0, gelatine 1.0-1.5, sodium alginate 0.8-1.0, soya isoflavones 0.1-0.15, dihydroquercetin 0.05-0.1, vitamin C 0.1-0.2, water – up to 100; stirring is continued for another 5 minutes and fed for the formation of capsules in an immiscible liquid, the role of which is performed by cooled to temperature of 7-12 °C vegetable oil, oil phase is separated by decantation, obtained capsules are held at temperature of 2-4 °C for 10 hours, then the obtained capsules are mixed with a second emulsion in a weight ratio of 1-10:1, wherein the second emulsion contains the following components, taken at the following ratio of initial components, wt.%: castor oil 2.0-3.0; sodium alginate 0.15-0.20; calcium chloride 0.05-0.07; potassium sorbate 0.5-0.6; sodium benzoate 0.5-0.6; water – up to 100; to prepare a second emulsion, sodium alginate is added to the prepared water and stirred at room temperature until complete dissolution, then potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate and calcium chloride are successively introduced; after complete dissolution, castor oil is added and emulsification is carried out at a number of revolutions of 2,000 rpm.

EFFECT: method described above extends the range of agents allowing to stimulate hair growth, increase its thickness and strength, using a complex of substances of plant origin with antioxidant, stimulating and metabolic effect.
