Adapter for connecting the front part “ШМ-62” of all-arms filtering gas mask “ПМГ-2” with an external threaded attachment of the filter comprises an adapter housing made in the form of a one-piece part, having height of 31.5 mm, an outer diameter on the connection side of the external threaded attachment of filter is 47.5 mm, comprising a vertical through channel without valves, a collar having an outer diameter of 73.5 mm and height of 3 mm, connecting part, having external diameter – 66.5 mm, height – 16 mm and thickness – 4 mm, and an internal threaded connection, on the outer side of which there are finger stops and in which an internal thread is made with a nominal thread diameter of 40 mm, a thread pitch of 4 mm, a thread rounding radius of 1.25 mm, the smallest inner diameter of 38.41 mm, the largest inner thread inner diameter – 38.06 mm, smallest outer diameter – 40.06 mm, intended for connection with external threaded fastener of filter having external thread corresponding to internal thread of internal threaded connection of adapter housing, and a gasket of annular solid shape, rectangular vertical section, having an inner diameter of 27 mm, an outer diameter of 40 mm and thickness of 2 mm.
EFFECT: providing a safe and tight connection between the front part of the gas mask with an external threaded attachment of the filter, having an external threaded attachment with a thread diameter of 40 mm and thread parameters corresponding to the requirements of GOST 8762-75.
