FIELD: transportation.
SUBSTANCE: method involves transportation of natural or associated gas from gas producing enterprises located in coastal regions and on offshore platforms, via a pipeline along the sea shelf through a transit zone to a gas processing enterprise, located in the sea and consisting of technological, auxiliary and domestic units, a helipad, terminals, control systems and transport, located on one or more gravity and one or more floating platforms, coupled with gravity platforms with possibility of lifting above sea level. On one or more gravitational platforms process units are placed, including a gas receiving and treatment unit, a gas liquefaction unit, a primary stationary LNG storage unit, LNG shipment terminal to the secondary LNG storage unit consisting of one or more floating LNG storage vessel moored to bollards and/or mooring barrels with dead anchors, and to ice-class sea vessels transporting LNG. Platforms are placed in the sea at the point of the transit zone, where the boundary of shallow water or ice fast ice ends at the depth sufficient for the fairwayless approach of gas carriers. Gravitational platforms are oriented with their longitudinal axis perpendicular to the wind rose maximum vector. LNG storage vessels are arranged perpendicular to minimum vector of wind rose and longitudinal axis of gravitational platform. Gas carrier is moored to LNG loading terminals and/or to storage vessels. A protective structure is formed by gravity and/or floating platforms. LNG loading terminal is arranged on offshore platform in central part of enclosure and equipped with bollards for mooring ships to LNG loading terminal.
EFFECT: uninterrupted production and loading of LNG on gas carriers, avoiding the need for dredging, reducing the time of forced seasonal downtime associated with weather conditions, as well as avoiding the need to build additional protective structures.
