FIELD: electrical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering, namely to devices for protection of units of electrical and (or) electromechanical systems of caterpillar or wheeled vehicles against deviations of supply voltage during tests. Device for guaranteed quality of DC power supply during switching processes in high-current consumers comprises an AC-to-DC converter connected to an AC source, control system of a device built on the basis of a programmable logic controller, consisting of a processor module, an input module, an output module, voltage control module and temperature control module, external low-voltage direct current source, resistance unit, molecular energy accumulators, power socket, providing connection of tested systems with high starting currents, control elements connected to corresponding inputs of programmable logic controller, control elements and electric actuators connected to the corresponding outputs of the programmable logic controller. Device also contains a high-pass filter connected in parallel to the molecular energy accumulators, which are connected to the power socket through the contact of the power contactor, wherein molecular energy accumulators are connected to the output of the external low-voltage source of direct current through the resistance unit and the contact of the power charge relay, as well as bypassing unit of resistances along parallel circuit, including power contact of contactor of charge with low currents and limiting diode, besides, molecular energy accumulators are connected to “minus” contact of power socket and external low-voltage source of direct current through unit of resistances and power contact of discharge relay.

EFFECT: improving reliability and quality of power supply during tests and improving reliability of test results.
