FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to an area security system and two methods of video surveillance. Complex comprises a stationary station and one or more autonomous linear stations located at a distance from the stationary station. Stationary station comprises a video server, a broadband data transmission device, and automated operator workstation. Linear station comprises: ground-based surveillance system, including at least one long-range video camera and a thermal imager, mounted on a rotary support, a radar station; aerial surveillance system, including at least one unmanned aerial vessel (UAV), command-telemetry information transmission modem, stationary antenna module with rotary device; intrinsic safety system including a high-speed rotary video camera with built-in infrared illumination. First method of video surveillance relates to a ground complex, and consists in transmitting information from its devices to a video server for displaying to an operator and arranging target tracking. Second method relates to an air system and is used when it is impossible to identify a moving object detected by a ground system, and consists in the fact that the operator generates a flight task for the UAV, which performs the flight, video recording with an onboard camera and transmission of telemetric information to the AWS.
EFFECT: round-the-clock thermal and visual monitoring of the situation with increased detection range of fixed and moving targets of various types.
