FIELD: armour.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to additional protection of towers of combat armoured means against destruction. Protection device comprises two front protection elements, two side protection elements, a rear protection element and an upper protection element mounted on four lifting levers, with possibility of rotation through angle of 0-90° by means of hydraulic cylinders articulated with two rear lifting levers. Anti-drone screen is stretched between two front lifting levers. Stiffness ribs are mounted on inner side of front protection elements, side protection elements, rear protection element and upper protection element. Each front element of protection and each side element of protection is installed on two folding supports, and rear element of protection is on four folding supports presented in the form of two beams connected to each other by means of hinged joint and folded on each other in non-working position. Each lower beam is equipped with an eye for bringing the folding supports into a working vertical position by means of hydraulic cylinders. Near each lower beam there are two activators with a rod for fixing the folding support, and all lifting levers, folding supports and hydraulic cylinders are mounted on hinged supports with possibility of attachment. On the inside, tension springs are mounted on the end walls between the two beams of one folding support. Torsion springs are mounted on side walls between two beams of one folding support. On bent parts of front protection elements, side protection elements and rear protection element there installed are roller shutters with twisted inside anti-drone net with possibility of extension.

EFFECT: improved protection of tank turret during attack of UAV and ATGM.
