FIELD: controlling and regulating.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to means of pulse control of flow rate of gaseous substances. Valve consists of a body in which a flat electromagnetic coil is installed, which is connected through a switchboard to a pulsed energy source, a seat and a movable shut-off element which closes the gas inlet channel. Electromagnetic coil housing and shutoff element are made of ferromagnetic materials. Coil turns are installed in slots of the housing so that direction of current in adjacent slots is opposite. Magnetic conductor can have annular grooves or grooves made in the form of a double-start Archimedean spiral. Thickness of the movable element is determined by the width of the poles of the inductor and does not depend on the force developed by the electromagnet. This force, as well as the mass of the movable element, is proportional to the area of the working surface of the magnet, which enables to obtain high speed of action.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at increasing the speed of disc valves based on an electromagnetic mechanism.
