FIELD: geological exploration.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to geological exploration, namely to preparation of gas condensate to a stable state at the site of an exploration gas condensate well during its trial operation. At the first stage, degassing is carried out by reducing pressure to atmospheric pressure in the buffer tank without changing the temperature mode when entering from the separator. At the second stage of preparation, unstable gas condensate is pumped through the heater at pressure not higher than 1 kgf/cm2, at the same time the heating temperature does not exceed 50 °C. At the first two stages, the gas condensate flow rate is a variable value and depends on the well flow rate at the current moment, which is set by the operators depending on the modes of gas condensate and gas-dynamic studies. At the third stage, gas condensate from the primary stabilization (degassing) tank is pumped at a pressure of not more than 1 kgf/cm2 into the secondary degassing tank, where it is launched for cyclic preparation, through heater at 50 °C and pressure not higher than 1 kgf/cm2. Thus, preparation to the required value of RVP does not depend on the current flow rate of the exploration well and can be increased to RVP of 500 mm Hg on average for 4-6 cycles (tank – heater).

EFFECT: invention contributes to ensuring the quality of the commercial product – stable gas condensate, which meets the requirements of GOST R 54389-2011, in conditions of abruptly changing flow rate of the exploration well during surveys.
