FIELD: aviation.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to aircraft engineering, particularly, to aircraft systems for landing high-speed aircraft. Short takeoff and landing aircraft complex comprises a high-speed aircraft (HSA) and a vertical takeoff and landing aircraft (VTOL aircraft). VTOL aircraft and HSA are made with possibility of multiple docking and undocking in air, forming controlled binary wing during takeoff or landing, with possibility of changing angle of attack during docking. VTOL aircraft represents a flying wing (FW) with a detachable docking unit, in the central upper part of which the cockpit is located, or made in the unmanned version, controlled remotely. Around the cabin there is an intake nozzle for a multi-blade propeller and two turbofan engines with the possibility of changing the thrust vector, FW comprises control system driven by reactive force of steam generated by cooling system of turbofan engines with receiver.

EFFECT: reduced landing speed of high-speed aircraft, possibility of their landing on sites of limited length.
