System for diversity reception of a signal transmitted over a multibeam channel further comprises a return communication channel, a radio-frequency spectrum monitoring unit controlled by a receiving side processor, and additional signal processing procedures in majority weight summation units and in additional coherent summation units. In additional units of coherent addition to assign weight in signal processing branches depending on quality of signal in communication channel artificial intelligence technology is used.

EFFECT: high noise-immunity of receiving discrete information in DCM radio links.
