FIELD: cooling.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods and devices for cooling a bearing structure of a heat shield, in particular to a cooled bolt for fixing a heat shield of a combustion chamber of a gas turbine. Method includes supply of cooling air flow into inner cavity of bolt and its movement through flow cavities of bolt. At the same time supply of cooled air is carried out through bolt rod end hole through cylindrical cavity inside the rod, and then at the inlet into the inner cavity of the bolt head. cooling air is throttled and released through the side holes in the bolt head. Cooled hollow bolt comprises inner cavity of air cooling, wherein the inner cavity of the rod is made cylindrical with an inlet hole located at the end of the bolt rod, and in the zone of transition of the cavity of the bolt rod to the cavity of the bolt head there is narrowing of through channel providing throttling of air flow during its transition into bolt head inner cavity.
EFFECT: result of the proposed method of cooling the hollow bolt of the heat shield is an increase in the efficiency of its cooling.
