FIELD: measuring.

SUBSTANCE: multiphase flow measuring system comprising magnetic resonance multiphase flow meter (1) and a manifold system, which is configured accordingly, wherein the manifold system comprises a plurality of control valves and a connecting pipeline and is configured to control the flow of the corresponding fluid through magnetic resonance multiphase flow meter (1); and magnetic resonance multiphase flow meter (1) comprises a plurality of magnetic structures which are spaced apart in the axial direction of magnetic resonance multiphase flow meter (1) and are configured to magnetize the fluid, and additionally comprises two measuring antennae, which are distributed with intervals in the axial direction of magnetic resonance multiphase flow meter (1) and are configured to determine the phase state of the magnetized fluid medium. Method of measuring multiphase flow is based on a multiphase flow measuring system and includes: in accordance with the selected measurement requirements and using the corresponding measurement method, the measurement of the fluid phase state parameter, wherein the phase state parameter is a target phase state content or rate parameter; simultaneous collection of reflected signals of fluid medium by means of two measuring antennae; and reading the phase state parameter of the fluid in accordance with the collected reflected signals and the predetermined scale of the device.
