FIELD: air-humidification.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to air humidification, and more specifically to systems by means of which it is possible to humidify air in rooms of various purposes. These are mainly residential flats and commercial premises. With the help of this humidification system it is possible to maintain the specified humidity in the room. This system includes various components and form a single device, which includes the main elements, such as: an ultrasonic generator which generates a sufficient amount of steam; a box in which the ultrasonic generator itself is located, where there is a float valve for filling water into the box to maintain the required amount of water. Box has a cover with a tight connection, to which steam channels are connected, through which steam is delivered to the required room. In the cover there is a fan for air injection into the system to impart steam movement along the steam lines. All steam ducts are mounted inclined towards the box so that condensate formed during operation of the device rolls back into the box. Air filter to filter the injecting air from dust. In order to exclude formation of various deposits on surfaces of the room, water enters the box after filtration with reverse osmosis. Box and all accompanying components of the system are installed on a specially developed structure in the form of an L-shaped shelf, which is attached to the wall. Besides, it can be lowered to easily reach the box for servicing. And the cover itself with steam lines remains fixed on steam channels and fasteners to the wall. Each steam channel is equipped with a valve to regulate the supplied steam into each room. Device has an automated cleaning system. In the box there is an ultraviolet lamp for disinfection of air and water in the box. There is a drain pump, which drains water from the box according to the specified schedule, flushes the box and fills it with water again. In the device there is protection against water leakage from water overflow in the box with sound signalling or disconnection of the system in case of absence of the required amount of water in the box. To supply all electric systems in the device there are 5 power supply units of different capacity. There is also a main controller for controlling all settings and communication with all sensors. It operates over the Wi-Fi protocol, which enables to control and perform all settings from the application on the mobile phone.
