FIELD: engines.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to rocket engineering, in which creation of liquid-propellant engines with minimum possible weight, longitudinal and radial dimensions is always relevant, especially for liquid-propellant engines of upper stages of carrier rockets, and more specifically to a liquid-propellant rocket engine with afterburning with a controlled thrust vector. In liquid-propellant engine with afterburning with controlled thrust vector, each of engine blocks is equipped with self-contained frame with square power frame in central part. At installation of engine units, frames are located crosswise relative to longitudinal axis of symmetry of engine. In the corners of the squares of the power frames in the circumferential direction relative to the longitudinal axis of the engine there are hollow and solid rods with alternating internal and external mating cylindrical seats, said seats are arranged to interact with each other at installation of units by telescoping one into another in frames of each engine unit and to be locked together.
EFFECT: proposed is the design of a liquid-propellant rocket engine with afterburning with a controlled thrust vector.
