SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biologically active food additives for sportsmen, people leading an active way of life. Disclosed is a biologically active food additive in the form of capsules, containing as active components: dihydroquercetin of 20–21 wt.%, L-arginine of 40–41 wt.%, dry extract of large-flowered epimedium of 28–29 wt.% of icariin and dry extract of rhizomes with roots of Leuzea safflower of 10–11 wt.%. Biologically active food additive in the form of capsules additionally contains at least one auxiliary substance, which is a carrier and/or filler. Capsule is a gelatinous capsule. Biologically active food supplement in the form of capsules contains active components in conversion to one capsule: dihydroquercetin of 50 mg; L-arginine of 100 mg; dry extract of large-flowered epimedium of 70 mg as per icariin; dry extract of rhizomes with Safflower Leuzea roots of 25 mg. Biologically active food supplement in the form of capsules additionally contains as auxiliary substances in terms of one capsule: microcrystalline cellulose of 195 mg; calcium salt of stearic acid of 2.5 mg; silicon dioxide of 8 mg.

EFFECT: invention provides a wider range of biological additives and specialized sports nutrition aimed at improving speed and strength in sports, the combination of bioactive substances contributes to an increase in the level of testosterone, normalizing blood pressure, intensifying blood microcirculation, has antioxidant and adaptogenic properties, and additionally has antiplatelet, hepatoprotective effect, promotes normalization of metabolism.
