FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fundamental and clinical neurophysiology, namely to devices for recording eye movements. Proposed device for recording eye movements includes a housing, an infrared emitter for illuminating the eyes of a person being tested, an infrared filter, a video camera for recording infrared radiation reflected from the pupil, fixing elements of the housing and a housing for protecting the lens of the video camera. Device contains three elements of the housing fixation: first element is an arc; second element is a weighted support; third element is a clamp for fixation to a personal computer monitor. Contact points of housing and support, housing and arc, arc and clamp are made with possibility of magnetic connection. Clamp comprises female element and clamping element made with possibility of movement along female element and fixation of position by means of screw, wherein female element comprises guide grooves while pressure element comprises ledges congruent with said grooves. Walls of the housing have holes for cooling the electronic components of the device with air flows. At least one wall of the casing has an opening for accessing the regulators of the diameter of the opening of the diaphragm and the focal distance of the lens.
EFFECT: invention provides more effective examination of eye movements.
