FIELD: aviation.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to aircraft engineering and can be used as a device for fixing a canopy of an aircraft or for holding an emergency escape cover. Aircraft canopy lock comprises hooking element (1) and locking device (2). Locking device is equipped with a body and an engaging element with a hook arranged with the possibility of engagement by the hook of the engaging element at closing. Locking device (2) is equipped with a drive shaft installed in the housing with possibility of rotation, a carrier rigidly mounted on the drive shaft, dynamic and kinematic elements are pivotally connected by the first ends, a drawing bar by the first end pivotally connected to the carrier, and by the second end – to axis (15) of the hinge joint of the first ends of the dynamic and kinematic elements, as well as by torsion springs (16, 17). Second end of the kinematic element and the first end of the engaging element are pivotally connected to the housing. Second end of the dynamic element is pivotally connected to the second end of the engaging element. Body has a support surface for hooking element (1) and with stops for fixation of the carrier in the “open” position and the kinematic element in the “closed” position. Torsion springs (16, 17) create moments of force directed to the side of pressing to the corresponding stops of the carrier in the “closed” position and of the kinematic element in the “open” position.

EFFECT: wider range of equipment, simple design and reliable locking due to kinematics of component elements.
