FIELD: medical equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment, namely to a portable disposable chemical sterilizer of medical products. Sterilizer comprises an outer bag made from a transparent polymer film with a sealing valve configured to accommodate medical products and water to be poured inside. Steriliser has a sachet placed in an outer bag containing a mixture of powders and/or granules, which includes a disinfectant and a superabsorbent polymer, which is configured to form a disinfectant gel when exposed to water. Walls of the sachet are perforated to form a line of weakened strength for breaking down the walls along the line of weakened strength during expansion of the disinfectant gel inside the sachet. Portion of the mixture of powders and/or granules is configured to fill the volume of the package without destroying the integrity of the outer package.
EFFECT: creation of portable disposable chemical sterilizer, applicable in field conditions and not requiring subsequent storage of sterilized products in disinfection chambers.
