FIELD: vehicles.
SUBSTANCE: additional load-stabilizing device for road train contains flexible cable power connection with hook ends, levelling-loading mechanism in the form of tension spring with hook and loop ends, pneumatic regulator fixed from below in the centre of the second traverse of trailer hitch, and two eye bolts. Cable power connection is installed with a hook end in an eyebolt fixed from below in the centre of the far transverse crossbar of the trailer hitch, passes through an eye of the working rod of the pneumatic regulator and is fixed by the next hook end in the loop end of the tension spring. Tension spring hook end is fitted in eye bolt arranged at car rear bumper.
EFFECT: reduced slippage, increased traction force and cross-country capacity, reduced oscillating loads in traction coupling device (TCD) and general stabilization of straight-line movement of road train with reduced effect of trailer “hunt” relative to vehicle TCD.
