FIELD: metal forming.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metal forming and can be used in making louvre elements. Workpiece in the form of a tape is installed on a rotary drum and by means of a drive it is supplied through the primary tensioner to the preliminary tensioning die. Step pattern of perforations is obtained in the stamp on the tape. Then tape is finally levelled on secondary tensioner and directed to multi-stand profile bending mill. Sequential continuous deformation is carried out to obtain a profile of a given shape. Tape is ejected with a cooling lubricant (CL). Processed tape is transferred into device for punching and cutting. In the device the internal arc cuts are made, the tape side edges are cut, the external arc cuts are made, the holes are punched, the first drawing of the smaller step, the second larger step is drawn, the ledges are formed, the finished louvre elements are calibrated and cut.
EFFECT: increasing the productivity of profile manufacturing, accuracy and quality of processing.
