SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a vacuum adiabatic housing and a refrigerator. Vacuum adiabatic housing comprises a first plate which forms at least a portion of a wall for a first region, a second plate which forms at least a portion of a wall for a second region which has a temperature different from that of the first region, a sheet which seals the first plate and the second plate so as to provide a third region which has a temperature between the temperature of the first region and the temperature of the second region and is in a vacuum state. Housing comprises a first frame, which covers said sheet, and a second frame, which extends from the first frame, wherein the second frame and the first frame are attached by means of at least any portion of the second frame and the first frame, which correspond to each other and are adapted to each other, or it further includes an adiabatic material which is placed in the gap between the first frame and said sheet, or it includes a gap between the inner surface of the first frame and the outer surface of at least one of the first and second plates, or it includes a reinforcing beam, which is provided on the inner surface of the peripheral section of said at least one of the first and second plates.
