FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture, namely to methods for improving sowing properties and resistance to water stress of winter wheat seeds. Method for improving sowing properties of winter wheat seeds and resistance of seedlings to water stress, including pre-sowing treatment of seeds with a solution of a growth regulator, which is an aqueous solution of the composite preparation in concentration of 0.01-0.0001 wt.%, containing cis-β-formylacrylic acid, 5-hydroxy-2(5H)-furanone, tartaric, malic, maleic and fumaric acids and vanadium pentoxide conversion products.
EFFECT: method provides for improvement of sowing properties of winter wheat seeds and resistance of seedlings to water stress.
