SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine and pharmacology. Disclosed is a pharmaceutical composition of antidiabetic action containing gliclazide, dry extracts of galega herb, liquorice root and peppermint herb, characterized by that it is made in the form of spansule, in which are enclosed microcapsules of gliclazide and dry extracts of galega herb, liquorice root and peppermint herb, obtained by dispersion in a liquid-liquid system, at the following ratio of components: gliclazide 3.0 g (10.99 wt.%), dry extract of galega herb 1.0 g (3.66 wt.%), dry extract of liquorice root 6.0 g (21.98 wt.%), dry extract of peppermint herb 3.0 g (10.99 wt.%), gelatine 13.0 g (47.62 wt.%), glycerine 1.3 g (4.76 wt.%), and gliclazide with excipients, with the following content of components in g/spansule and wt.%: gliclazide 0.03 g (8.95 wt.%), microcapsules 0.273 g (81.5 wt.%), plasdon K-25 0.03 g (8.95 wt.%), aerosil 0.001 g (0.3 wt.%), magnesium stearate 0.001 g (0.3 wt.%).

EFFECT: invention provides preparing the antidiabetic pharmaceutical composition with prolonged action, made in the form of spansule, which contains gliclazide and microcapsules obtained from a mixture of gliclazide and dry extracts of galega, liquorice and peppermint.
