FIELD: electric rocket equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electric rocket engineering and can be used in development of power supply systems and control of stationary plasma engines and propulsion systems based on them. Stationary plasma engine power supply device includes a discharge and ignition power supply with a load current limitation function, a heating power supply, a magnet and ignition power supply with an open circuit voltage limitation function, a semiconductor diode and three switches. Disclosed is a design of a power supply device for a stationary plasma engine, which allows changing the current of the magnetic coils of the engine during operation without changing the current of the main discharge, provides supply of ignition with direct current, uses the same power sources for supplying the ignition, magnet and main discharge.

EFFECT: use of the invention increases reliability and manufacturability of the product while reducing weight and dimensions, enlarging the possibilities of controlling the engine and increasing its service life, and increasing reliability of start-up.
