FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to automation, namely to devices intended for automatic switching of load in vacuum. Device is intended for switching of both alternating and direct currents in silicon load in vacuum, and enables to fully automate the process of electric breakdown of the load by means of automatic rotation of the LATR shaft by an electric motor with subsequent actuation of the switching unit. Increased reliability of the device is provided by adding a delay trigger to the power transistor control circuit.
EFFECT: increasing the reliability of the device's operation.
