FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, particularly dentistry, and concerns a dental composition for making removable dentures. Disclosed composition has the following composition of the compound, wt.%: PMMA (polymethyl methacrylate) from 60 to 97.5%; thermoplastic elastomer, which is a compound with thermoplastic styrene rubber in the form of a block copolymer of styrene and butadiene (SBS) or a block copolymer of styrene, ethylene and butadiene, or which is a polyolefin elastomer from 0.5 to 35%; stabilizers from 0.2 to 0.4%; compatibilising agent from 1.8 to 4.6%, wherein the dental composition is in the form of granules.
EFFECT: high flexibility with unchanged other properties, high elasticity; the material is completely applicable for making partial dentures; the product made of the given composition contains no monomers which can cause allergic reactions in the patient.
