FIELD: drilling and repair of wells.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to drilling and repair of wells and is intended, in particular, for expansion and calibration of devices from shaped tubes. Device for expanding pipes in a well comprises housing with top and bottom thrusts and central channel. In central channel there installed is shaft with a set of forming sectors installed between stops in slots of housing with possibility of restricted radial movement with limiters. Movable spring-loaded conical pistons are installed in the housing with the possibility of limited movement along the shaft towards each other, interacting with the forming sectors and pushing the forming sectors outward at creation of pressure drop. Forming sectors are made with parallel side planes for housing slots with mating parallel planes. Forming sectors are made with calibrating part and conical working part. Barrel is rigidly connected to upper conical piston. Travel of upper and lower conical pistons in transport position is restricted with retaining rings installed in grooves of the housing. Milling cutter with calibrated holes is installed in lower part of housing. Number of forming sectors is selected from condition of gap between them in working position 1-1.5 thickness of wall of expanded pipes.

EFFECT: improving reliability of the structure, excluding underalignment of pipe sections at expansion, taking high axial loads at expansion, as well as possibility of shoe drilling.
