FIELD: kitchen equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electric kitchen utensils for cooking food by means of thermal action. Air grill-multicooker, comprising a housing with a control panel and with a cavity on the lateral side for placement during the preparation process of a drawer with a bowl therein, wherein in the bottom of the cavity there is a lower heating element, the shape of which repeats the shape of the bottom of the bowl, with a spring-loaded temperature sensor that protrudes upwards from the surface of the heating element, guides are made on the side walls of the cavity, and the drawer has a front panel and a slide, which enable to install the bowl while pushing it into the cavity together with the drawer until complete contact with the lower heating element. In the upper part of the cavity there is an upper heating element and a fan, to ensure the function of an air grill, in addition, the air grill-multicooker comprises a lid installed on the bowl, which is concave towards the centre inside the bowl with placement of the lid handle, which does not exceed the concavity value of the lid, with a hole.

EFFECT: provides for combination of multicooker and air grill functions in one device, increased service life of heating element, provision of product preparation accuracy due to control of bowl temperature and absence of condensate, and also convenience of use and removal of bowl from the appliance cavity.
