FIELD: mechanical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to locks of satellite rotary structures deployed position. Hinge joint fixing device comprises on one of the rotary parts of the hinge joint a fixing element made in the form of a hinged rigid hook provided with a spring, and rigid stop installed with eccentricity relative to axis of rotation of hinge joint, interacting with second part. On the second part axis is fixed with possibility of interaction with inner side of hook. Inner side of the hook is curved in such a way that the angle φ between a plane drawn tangentially to the inner side of the hook through the point of contact of the inner side with the axis interacting with it, and a plane passing through the contact point and the axis of rotation of the hinge assembly, at any position of the hook, is equal to φ ≤ arctg μ, where μ – minimum friction axis and hook coefficient.

EFFECT: increased reliability of fixation, reduced labour intensiveness of manufacturing and reduced weight.
