FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: machine for contour embossing of vine shoots comprises movable frame (2) mounted on a vehicle chassis, consisting of connected transverse and longitudinal pipes (3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 11 and 12), telescopically extending by means of hydraulic cylinder (17) bars, and also consisting of blade sections equipped with working members with vertical and horizontal axes of rotation, connected to hydraulic motors. Moving frame consists of transverse tubes of rectangular cross-section of upper (3 and 4) and lower (5 and 6), coupled horizontally, and middle ones (7 and 8), equipped with threaded bushings, coupled along vertical. In upper and lower pipes (3, 4, 5 and 6) from the outer sides, rods (18 and 19) are telescopically fixed, at the ends of rods hingedly (22 and 23) with possibility of inclination up to 10° posts (24) are fixed, forming right and left blade sections, sections are equipped with working elements with vertical, upper horizontal and lower plate two-bladed knives. To adjust the horizontal position, each post (24) in the zone coaxial to middle transverse pipe (7 and 8) is equipped with screw (25) resting on the bearing assembly and having a tetrahedral tip for connection with lever (28) having a handle. Vertical blades to provide contactless overlapping of cutting zone in one plane are installed in zigzag manner on front and back sides of post (24). Horizontal upper blades are arranged similarly on boom (36) telescopically entering post (24) from upper end of retractable bar (38). Lower working element (37) with stepwise pitch of 15°, adjustable from vertical to horizontal position by blade, installed on bracket of vertical rotation mechanism, is fixed on bar (40), which enters telescopically into post (24) from lower end with bolt fixation (41). Mechanism of vertical rotation includes a bearing plate in the form of a half-disc with holes graduated on quarter discs every 15° and a guide slot around the axis, a roller, a locking plate and L-shaped lever equipped with control handle on one arm, and on the second one – with tension spring, toothed protrusion of rounded shape and in the middle with axis. Plank with hinge, gusset plate, lugs with position retainers of the boom and rotary bracket of lower working member (37), which are fixed on the bars, provide the possibility of turning the lower working member (37) in the horizontal plane through 90°. Rotation frequency of shafts of hydraulic motors of blade sections with a drive from a hydraulic station – 1,800±10% min-1. Shape of the blade surface of each plate double-bladed knife is made in the form of a segment of an eccentric circle with a radius R and an eccentricity e, which meets the conditions: e=0.71R, which provide cutting of vine shoots with sliding at speeds at which dynamic coefficient ƒd of friction of grape shoots on the knife blade takes minimum values ƒd=0.47-0.49. Blade radius r is within 160 mm≤r≤185 mm.
EFFECT: higher efficiency and operational reliability of the machine for embossing vine shoots with improved quality of cutting shoots of grapevine in between rows of vineyards.
