FIELD: measuring.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of measuring equipment, namely to the field of measuring friction parameters during mechanical interaction of different materials, and can be used for investigation of friction forces at action of tangential forces on suction cups of different configurations and materials at their fixation on different types of surfaces with specified roughness. Experimental stand for testing vacuum suction cups of various structures and materials for shear in various environments comprises a rigid frame, in the base of which guides are installed for the replaceable sliding along the guides platform performing rectilinear motion, fixed to the rigid frame horizontal part rail equipped with a sensor for the said platform displacements measuring in real time, replaceable resilient vacuum suction cup with vacuum sensor, fixed on vertically free movement rod, pneumatic cylinder made with possibility to drive the platform and forming the shear force of the replaceable elastic vacuum cup, stand also has an air ejector configured to feed air from the main line and having an outlet into the environment, a pressure sensor in the supply main line and a pressure sensor in the evacuated region.

EFFECT: high accuracy of measuring shearing force due to controlled variation thereof over time along with estimation of change in the vacuum level over time using a pressure sensor when taking measurements in different media, including multiphase media.
