FIELD: gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of the Valanginian deposits natural gas production and treatment (hereinafter natural gas) to long-distance transport at integrated gas treatment plants (IGTP), with the turboexpander units (TEU), of oil and gas condensate fields (OGCF) in the Far North, in particular, to automatic load distribution between process lines (PL) of complex gas treatment plants (IGTP) low-temperature separation, supporting flow of dried gas supplied to main gas pipeline (MGP), and the density of the unstable gas condensate (UGC) supplied to the main condensate line (MCP). Method involves monitoring by means of an automated technological process control system (ATPCS) of the IGTP of a number of parameters, among which are the flow rate of dried gas supplied to the main gas pipeline (MGP), and the flow rate of UGC supplied to the main condensate line (MCP). ATPCS maintains gas separation temperature in each low-temperature separator and controls their operation mode by changing the degree of adiabatic gas expansion with performance of external mechanical work in TEU installed in front of each low-temperature separator.
EFFECT: proposed method allows achieving the specified quality and quantity of dried gas treatment, as well as the specified quality of UGC treatment at IGTP at constant, decreasing and final stages of OGCF operation at observance of norms and limitations for process parameters determined by process regulations of the plant.
