FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to laser beam guidance systems and laser space communication engineering. Bench for ground testing of guidance systems of interacting laser terminals of space communication systems comprises two laser terminals; two terminals guidance error recorder with electronic information processing unit, coordinate quantum-optical sensor; second beam splitting device, optically interfaced with second coordinate quantum-optical sensor and laser terminal of laser No. 2; a beam splitting device optically interfaced with a first coordinate quantum-optical sensor and a laser of laser terminal No. 1. Signals from the quantum-optical coordinate sensors are transmitted to electronic information processing units, signals from which are transmitted to inputs of a computer-based control and recording equipment unit. Beam splitting devices are in form of beam splitting cubes connected to quantum-optical sensors and lasers through light attenuating filters. Each laser terminal comprises a stellar sensor and a time delay generator.
EFFECT: simulating all operating modes of communication terminals and mutual guidance systems in ground conditions.
