FIELD: light-sensitive materials. SUBSTANCE: electrophotographic material consisting of conducting support and polymer sensitive layer containing organic semiconductor - polyimide with general formula , where n=10-500 and X is carbonyl or oxygen, and sensitizer is distinguished by that the latter contains organic boron complex or , where m=1 or 2, R1 is p-R4-phenyl or R1 together with R2 are 1,2-naphtho, 2,3- benzothiopheno, or benzo group optionally substituted by methoxy group in position 4; R3 is ; R4 is hydrogen or C1-C4-alkoxy group; R5 hydrogen or methoxy group; R6/ nitro, C1-C4-alkoxy, bromo, dimethylamino, or diphenylamino group, in quantity from 3 to 6 mol. % with regard to monomer link of polymer. EFFECT: improved quality of material due to increased light sensitivity of material to monochromatic light with wavelength 600-640 nm.
