FIELD: drying and heat treatment of materials containing metallic powder; metallurgy and chemical industry. SUBSTANCE: organic admixtures containing in slime are decomposed in zone of heat treatment, after which section 17 of solenoid is switched on and slime passes through upper section of cooler at vibrational oscillations of funnel 14, shield 16 and layer of balls 19. Then slime enters lower section of cooler where it is mixed under action of pulsed magnetic field of section 26 of solenoid and is cooled. Non-magnetic rejects fall through grate 25 and sieve 31 into bin 33 and ferromagnetic particles remain in chamber 24. Then pulsed magnetic field of solenoid section 17 and variable magnetic field of solenoid section 26 are cut in. Metallic powder falls through grate 25 into separator on sieve 31. Section 28 generates pulsed magnetic field and vibrofluidizes suspended powder moving in it; as a result, remainder of non-magnetic rejects are removed from it.
