FIELD: gas cleaning. SUBSTANCE: method for cleaning gases from hydrogen sulfide includes contacting of gas with aqueous solution of ethanolamine in the presence of corrosion inhibitor in form of still bottoms of column of fractional distillation of products of hydrogenation of N-dimethylaminopropionitrile in the amount of 0.3% of solution mass. With gas separation efficiency of 99.9%, loss of ductility of carbon steel is reduced by 8-10%, and consumption of corrosion inhibitor decreases by 1.6-16 times. EFFECT: reduced rate of corrosion of equipment and corrosion inhibitor consumption.
